The Lebanon Area Fair dedicates premium indoor and outdoor space each year to vendors who wish to participate in our Fair! We welcome businesses and organizations both near and far to come spend the week with us as we welcome nearly 50,000 visitors to the fairgrounds during our 8-day event.
Businesses wishing to sell their products or exhibit their services may without the worry of weather or elements may utilize West Hall. This hall is located just inside the Main Entrance to the Fairgrounds and protects vendors and their exhibits from weather damage. Spaces in West Hall are 10 feet deep and begin at 10 feet wide (front space).
Reach thousands of fairgoers who stroll the Midway each and every night of the event through the exhibit space available in the grassy Fairgrounds between the main building and the track. Spaces are available in variable sizes starting at 10’x10′, and can be expanded to accommodate larger displays and exhibits as well.

The exhibits committee will contact you regarding availability, cost, and other requirements. We ask that only vendors who are serious about exhibiting for the entire week of the Fair contact the committee.
